About The Tameer Properties
A Karachi-born advisory built on one conviction: honest advice sells itself.
From Two Desks to DHA Phase VIII-A
In 2016, Atif Mirza registered The Tameer Properties with little more than two desks, a landline and a refusal to say anything to a client he would not say to his own family. The first year was quiet — a handful of plot transfers, a leased apartment, a great deal of chai — but the second year brought something better than an advertising budget: clients who came back, and clients who sent their friends.
Those referrals became the engine of the business. A family in Clifton told their cousin in Gulshan; an investor in Islamabad told his partner in Dubai. We never bought a lead and we never listed a property we had not personally walked through. Slowly, word of mouth did what billboards could not — it built a client base that trusted us with their largest financial decisions, and kept coming back for the next one.
Today the two desks have grown into a team of specialists — sales consultants who know every block they sell in, a leasing desk that treats tenants like clients, a research unit that tracks Karachi's corridors street by street, and an in-house legal team that catches the document issues others miss. The name we chose on day one still guides the work: Tameer — تعمیر — "to build". We build more than portfolios; we build the kind of client relationships that outlast any single transaction.
